If I can give any advice for a young cook, it would be to study and work on fine dining. Study the Michelin guide & read about the San Pellegrino top 50 restaurants in the world and the chefs behind the restaurants. Hell…WORK IN ONE!!! I work for chef Daniel Humm at The NoMad, it will break you but if you’re passionate…you’ll make it as a chef, I PROMISE!
